The MPACT tool was updated to reflect the 6 month extension of the exclusions for 81 COVID related products. Per 87 FR 33871 & CSMS #52055728 this extension is effective for goods entered for consumption or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after 12:01 am EST 6/1/22 and before 11:59 pm EST 11/30/22. The provisional HTS code is 9903.88.66.
Also, per 87 FR 17380 and CSMS #51469298 (attached) other previously excluded COVID related products were reinstated on 3/28/22. The exclusions for these products are effective from 10/12/21 through 12/31/22. The provisional HTS code is 9903.88.67.
